摘要
本科生导师制教学方法效用的发挥,需要所有参与主体明晰角色定位,把握工作重点,责权利相统一。其中,学校作为该制度组织实施的"领导者",应战略统筹谋划;导师作为具体实施者,应充分发挥"主导"作用;学生作为受教育"主体",应虚心涵泳,踏实进取。实践中,本科生导师制能否取得理想效果,不可忽视学校、导师和学生任何一方的作用。
The effects of the undergraduate' s tutorial system need all the principals know their roles clearly, hold task emphases, combination of responsibility, power and interest. University as the leader should be responsible for the implement of the undergraduate' s tutorial system through overall planning strategically ; tutor as the specific ex- ecutor should play the role of main guider; student as the main body should try their best to join the teaching process humbly. Whether the system can be successful, all the aspects including universities, tutors and students should be considered.
