欧洲鳗与日本鳗的同工酶鉴别研究

Studies on the Isoenzyme Differentiation of European Eel and Japanese Eel

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)对欧洲鳗和日本鳗进行了同工酶酶谱的带型、带数等的分析。分析了欧洲鳗的乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和酯酶 (EST)酶谱 ,发现两种同工酶均有多态性 ,并计算了它们的多态性位点比例和平均杂合度。

The banding pattern and the number of bands of isoenzymes of European eel (Anguilla japonica) and Japanese eel (Anguilla japonica Temminsk et Schlegel) were identified with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The electrophoretograms of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and esterase (EST) of European eel were analyzed. The polymorphism of the two kinds of isoenzymes was discovered. The mean proportion of polymorphic loci P and the average heterozygosity per locus H were calculated.
