摘要
结合广东省当地经济特点,充分利用当地中药企业优势,采用"两段式,双导师"培养模式,按研发实验、研发实践、自主研发、自主创业四个层次进行,开展中药专业研究生培养,取得较好的培养效果。
According to economic traits of Guangdong province,taking full advantages of local herbs enterprises,using＂two phases and double instructors＂training mode,through four phases which include expriment,practice,researching independently and becoming self-employed,cultivating graduate students major in Chinese herbs were carried out and got a good result.
