补中益气汤对慢性乙型肝炎患者肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶影响观察

Effects of Compound Buzhongyiqi Decoction on Creatine Kinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase of CHB Patients

目的:观察补中益气汤对慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效。方法:对2010年1月——2011年6月我院使用替比夫定抗病毒治疗期间血清肌酸激酶(CK)升高的34例慢性乙肝患者进行多元线性回归分析,筛选出影响患者血清CK升高的因素。将患者随机分为对照组(14例)和观察组(20例)。对照组患者常规予替比夫定治疗,观察组患者常规使用替比夫定同时予补中益气汤治疗,连续4周。检测两组患者血清CK、谷草转氨酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平。结果:①CK的变化与AST、LDH有线性回归关系。②补中益气汤能明显降低患者血清CK和LDH水平。结论:AST、LDH是慢性乙肝患者CK水平升高的影响因素。补中益气汤能改善慢性乙肝患者的病情,尤其对于伴有CK和LDH升高的慢性乙肝患者有一定的疗效。

Objective：To investigate the treatment effect of compound Buzhongyiqi decoction on CHB patients.Methods：Multiple linear regression was introduced to analyse the 34 CHB patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 which the creatine kinase（CK）level was elevated with telbivudine treatment.Factors of influencing CK of CHB patients were chosen.34 CHB patients were randomly divided into control group（14 patients）and study group（20 patients）.Patients of control group were treated with telbivudine only.Patients of study group were treated with both telbivudine and compound Buzhongyiqi decoction for 4 weeks.The serum levels of CK,aspartate transaminase（AST）and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）of patients in two groups were detected.Results：①There was linear regression relationship between the changes of CK and AST or LDH.② Compound Buzhongyiqi decoction can reduce the serum levels of CK and LDH.Conclution：AST and LDH are the influencing factors of CK elevation of CHB patients.Compound Buzhongyiqi decoction can improve the situation of CHB patients,especially for the patients with CK and LDH elevation.
