经方在类风湿关节炎中的运用

类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,可发生于任何年龄,以30~50岁为发病的高峰,表现为四肢关节受累为主的对称性、持续性滑膜炎,并最终可导致关节畸形和功能丧失,严重影响着患者的生活质量。因其病因病机尚不明确,目前无特效疗法及针对性治疗药物。类风湿关节炎属于中医＂痹证＂范畴,中医临床中多运用经方治疗本病,颇有疗效,现将近年来乌头汤、白虎加桂枝汤、木防己汤、桂枝芍药知母汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤与本病研究的相关内容进行归纳总结。

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease,which may happen at any age,with the age of 30 to 50 for the onset of peak.The mainly performance of RA is limbs joints involved the symmetrical and persistent synovial inflammation,and ultimately leads to joint deformities and afunction,that seriously impacts the patients＇ quality of life.Because its causes and mechanism are not clear,at present there is no special treatment and targeted therapy.Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to＂Bi syndrome＂of traditional Chinese medical science.We find it always has curative effect when using Classical Formula treating RA in clinic.We have now summarized related contents of research in recent years on Wutou decoction,Baihu Plus Guizhi decoction,Mufangji decoction,Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction and Huangqi Guizhi five agents decoction with the disease.
