Experience on Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome of Professor LIU Bao-wen

介绍刘宝文教授治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的中医临床经验。刘宝文教授经23年临床经验,强调低危组患者可以中医治疗为主,对于中高危组患者应以中西医结合治疗为法。运用中医分型辨治MDS,低危型,治以健脾益肾为主,佐以少量清解邪毒之品。高危型,重用解毒化瘀,兼以健脾益肾、益气养血;治疗中注意急则治其标,时时固护胃气。

This paper aims to introduce the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）experience on the treatment of Myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS）of Professor LIU Bao-wen,who has practiced for 23 years.He holds that according to the TCM syndrome of MDS,low-risk group patients can be treated mainly by methods of invigorating spleen and nourishing kidney,accompanied with a little antidote;and median-risk ones can be mainly by combination of TCM and Western medicine.Besides,he also emphasizes regulating the secondary symptom in an acute case,and protecting stomach-qi.
