中药熏洗并按摩治疗小儿脱肛临床观察

Clinical Observation with Anal Prolapse Treated by Fumigation and Washing with Chinese Herbal Medicine and Massage

目的:探讨用中药熏洗并按摩保守方法治疗小儿脱肛。方法:选择本院门诊2002年以来诊治的35例小儿脱肛患者,以中药熏洗和按摩方法合并治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:35例小儿患者全部治愈。结论:中药熏洗并按摩治疗小儿脱肛安全可靠,此治疗方法简单易于操作,小儿易于接受,效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the treatment effect of fumigation and washing with Chinese herbs and massage in treating children with anal prolapse.Methods：To retrospective analysis clinical-data of 35 children outpatients in treating anal prolapse by fumigation and washing with Chinese herbs and massage treatment since 2002,and observe the treatment effect.Results：All the pediatric patients were cured.Conclusion：Fumigation and washing with Chinese herbs and massage in treating children with anal prolapse is safe and reliable,this treatment method is simple and easy to operate,easy to be accepted in children with satisfying effect,and suit for large-scale extension.
