摘要
目的:观察健脾凉血法治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:选择符合诊断标准患者31例,采用健脾凉血中药水煎内服治疗6个月,自治疗起始连续观察9个月评估疗效。结果:总有效率83.87%。结论:健脾凉血是治疗慢性丙型肝炎的一种有效治疗方法。
Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of strenthening spleen and cooling blood curing chronic hepatitis C,and approach the effect mechanism.Methods：Selected 31 patients accroding to diagonostic criteria,used boiled liquid chinese medicine which could strenthen spleen and cool blood,and oberved these patients 9 months continuously.Results：Total effective rate is 83.87%.Conclusion：Strenthening spleen and cooling blood is a kind of effective remedy to chronic hepatitis C.
