HPLC测定胃舒尔安颗粒中橙皮苷和柚皮苷的含量

Determination of Hesperidin and Naringin in the Stomach Shu Eran Particles by HPLC

目的：建立同时测定胃舒尔安颗粒中橙皮苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,DiamonsilC18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）柱,流动相：V（乙腈）：V（0.05%磷酸水溶液）=20：80,流速：1mL.min-1,检测波长283nm,柱温30℃。结果：橙皮苷在0.128~0.896μg,r=0.9996范围内成良好的线性关系。柚皮苷在0.410~2.870μg,r=0.9998范围内成良好的线性关系。结论：方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为胃舒尔安颗粒的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of hesperidin and naringin in the stomach Shu Eran particles.Methods：The determination was carried out with DiamonsilC18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,using acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid（20：80）as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 and detected at the wavelength 283nm,column temperature 30℃.Results：Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.128~0.896μg,and Naringin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.410~2.870μg.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used as quality control of stomach Shu Eran particles.
