脂联素在高-中分化结直肠癌癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达规律 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高-中分化结直肠癌癌组织及癌旁组织中脂联素蛋白的表达规律。方法:选择24例结直肠高-中分化腺癌组织标本,分为结直肠癌组(A组)、横向癌旁组织(B组)、纵向癌旁组织(C组)及正常结直肠组织标本(D组),应用免疫组织化学方法检测脂联素蛋白的表达。结果:免疫组化结果显示A组(结直肠癌组)脂联素表达的水平为0.12±0.04,显著低于B组(横向癌旁组)的0.27±0.07和C组(纵向癌旁组)的0.25±0.08(P<0.05)。结论:高-中分化结直肠癌组织中的脂联素蛋白表达水平较结直肠正常组织及癌旁组织表达水平显著降低,提示脂联素可能是在结直肠癌的发生发展中起保护因素。 Processing is an important part for application of Chinese medicine.Today,researches on processing focus on examination of traditional theories and exploration of new technique and skills.Based on recent literature,it is to provide new thought of research on Chinese medicine processing.
