摘要
本文将车队看作连续的流体，先分析了交通流随红绿灯转换的变化过程，然后建立了一个十字路口交通系统的单位时间平均费用最少信号优化模型。
In this paper, a motorcade is regarded as a continue flow. The paper firstly analyze the traffic flow change along with traffic fights and then present a new model which optimize the average cost per unit time of a crossroads of traffic.
