摘要
探讨将女性KOA患者30人随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组进行为期12周的平衡垫训练,对照组不进行任何规律的体育锻炼,通过实验前后两组受试者本体感觉的变化来分析平衡垫训练对膝关节本体感觉的影响。结果:试验后,实验组在主动30°,主动60°,被动30°,被动60°的角度重建误差下降,和实验前以及对照组的测试结果比较,都具有显著或者非常显著差异。结论:长期的平衡垫训练能够有效的提高KOA患者患膝的本体感觉水平。
Purpose:In this study, the objects are female patients with KOA. The effect of balance pad training on the knee proprioception of female patients with KOA would be learnt and analyzed through comparing the changes of knee proprioception before and after balance pad training. Method:There are 30 female patients with KOA, which were randomly divided into the control and experimental group. The experimental group would get a 12 - week balance pad training,while the control group did not do any regular physical exercise. The effect of balance pad training on the knee proprioception would be analyzed through the changes of the subjects'proprioception of both groups before and after the experiment. Result:After the experiment, the angle reconstruction error is decreased at the angle of active 30°, active 60° ,passive 30° and passive 60°, which made a significant or very significant difference compared with the function before the experiment as well as the control group. Conclusion : the affected knee's proprioception of KOA patients will be effectively improved by a long- term balance pad training.
