摘要
通过对黑龙江省乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源现状调查分析,找出存在的问题,提出改进对策,为相关卫生行政部门与乡镇卫生院制定卫生人力资源发展规划与调整人力资源相关政策提供参考。
Through investigation and analysis the situation of the township hospitals Health Human Resources of Heilongjiang Province. Identify problems and propose improvement measures, to provide the fundamantal information for health administrative departments and township hospitals to come up with the develop plan and adjust policy of the human resource.
