上海市北新泾、程家桥社区居民中医体质特点分析

Analysis of Characters of the Residents in the Beixinjing,Chengjiaqiao Community Shanghai

目的通过对长宁区北新泾及程家桥街道社区人群中医体质辨识调查,分析不同性别,不同年龄人群体质类型的特征,从而为中医体质分类理论在基层医疗的疾病防治、养生保健、健康教育和健康管理等方面的应用提供流行病学调查数据的支持。方法根据中华中医医学会《中医体质分类与判定》,采用调查问卷方法实施中医体质辨识。结果平和质占调查总数的28.5%,8种偏颇体质占71.5%。不同年龄,不同性别体质类型,男性体质类型与年龄,女性体质类型与年龄分布构成比不同,差异具有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论体质状况受生活起居、饮食营养、社会环境和精神情志等后天因素的影响越来越大,建立规范合理的生活行为指导、养生保健和个性化的健康管理势在必行。结果中显示女性及中年人的体质情况较差,偏颇体质比例较高,在今后的工作中重点应该倡导中年人以及女性采取健康的生活方式。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characters of constitutions in the people of different sex and ages through a survey of the indweller constitution in the Beixinjing, Chengjiaqiao Community, which provided the epidemiologieal data for supporting and. application of constitution theory in primary care such as prevention health, health education, health management. METHODS According to Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association ＂Classification And Judgment of Constitutions in Chinese Medicine＂, questionnaires were conducted to make constitution analyses. RESULTS Of all the population, gentleness type accounted for 28.5%, and eight pathological constitution 71.5%. The composition ratio of constitutional types in different gender and age were different, and statistical difference was significant（P〈0.001）. CONCLUSION The constitution status was affected increasingly by life style, diet nutrition, social environment and emotion. It is necessary to have regular life styles, health care and personalized health management. The results showed the female and the middle-aged condition have a bad condition, and the proportion of pathological constitution was higher. So in the daily work later, healthy life styles should he advocated, especially for the female and the middle-aged population.
