主成分分析法在儿童预防接种信息管理系统接种点客户端运转质量评价中的应用

Appliance Principal Components Analysis for a Comprehensive Evaluation on the Client Running-quality of Childhood Immunization Information Management System at Vaccination Clinics

目的对儿童预防接种信息管理系统接种点客户端(简称客户端)的运转质量进行综合评价,查找客户端运转过程中的不足方面,以便总结经验,提高我市接种点信息化运行水平。方法随机抽取20家预防接种点作为评价对象,获取其反映客户端运转质量的13项指标构成评价体系,应用主成分分析法进行评价。统计分析借助SAS8.01完成。结果前4个主成分特征根为3.589、2.647、1.752和1.205,依次解释了总变异的27.6%、20.4%、13.5%和9.3%,累计贡献率为70.7%(超过70.0%),4个主成分均可找到明确的专业含义,故本文选取前4个主成分进行随后的分析评价。第1～4主成分的专业含义分别是指客户端运行的"完整性"、"信息更新"、"及时性"和"掌握能力"方面特性。根据主成分表达式和综合评价函数计算出4个主成分得分和综合评价得分,并予以排序,得到各主成分和诸评价对象相对优劣评价,评价结果与实际情况相一致。结论主成分评价法较为客观地反映了评价对象的客户端运转状况,为采取措施进一步提高客户端运转质量提供了科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate comprehensively the client running-quality of childhood immunization information management system（CIIMS）at vaccination clinics, to check out the clients＇ disadvantage or defects in the running process so that we gain those successful or unsuccessful experience to improve vaccination clinics on information-based management level METHODS 20 vaccination clinics are picked up by random sample as evaluated objects, and their 13 indicators about client running-quality of CIIMS are collected as evaluation indicators, principal components analysis is applied for Comprehensive evaluation by the hands of SAS 8.01. RESULTS The eigenvalues of the 1st principal-component to the 4th are 3.589, 2.647, 1.752 and 1.205 in turn , responsible for 27.6%, 20.4%, 13.5% and 9.3% of total difference in order, their cumulative proportion reach 70.7%（〉70.0%）, therefore the 4 principal-component are choosed for further analysis together with their professional characters as follows： record integrality, regular update information, betime, and childhood proportion in control.The 4 principal-component scores are calculated according to their formula and be ranked, the comprehensive evaluation score is gotten and ranked as well. Thus better or wrose professional characters and comprehensive evaluation can be judged easily among 20 evaluated vaccination clinics, and evaluation outcomes can be fit into the fact perfectly. CONCLUSION The method of principal components analysis can reflect the client running-situation of 20 vaccination clinics, and support us with scientific base of further measures aimed at respective shortcoming for better client running-quality of CIIMS in chizhou.
