The Exploration About Progress of the Filling of Students Dental Caries in Baoshan District

龋齿是宝山区较为严重的公共卫生问题,龋齿充填是近阶段最有效的防治措施,为了克服群防群治过程中的困难,必须进行有效的推进,在机制和策略方面进行积极的探索和实践。宝山区通过政府主导,专业机构业务指导和以社区卫生服务中心为执行主体的推进机制,在策略上推行"大牙防"理念,利用口腔健康促进活动以及引进"三位一体"的模式,使龋齿充填工作变被动为主动,近年来取得明显成效。

The dental caries has become a serious public health problem in Baoshan District. The preventive filling is the most effective way to prevention and treatment of dental caries at the present stage. In order to overcome the difficulties of coalescence prevention and control dental caries, the work must be effectively advanced and the mechanisms and strategies should be explored and practiced. The project should be promoted the mechanisms, which was led by the government, be guided by professional agencies and carried out by the community healthy service centers. The concept, widening fields of the prevention teeth diseases, had been put into practice. It was used by means of oral health promotion activities and introduction of the trinity mode. The work for filling of dental caries was from passive to active, and we gained great achievements in recent years.
