摘要
通过研究不同工艺条件对黄铁矿可浮性的影响,优化了选硫工艺条件,使硫精矿品位从30%提高到49%以上,获得了高品位硫精矿。该品位的硫精矿制酸后产生的炉渣含铁达到63%以上,可以作为钢铁生产原料,这有利于提高资源的综合利用率。
The flotation of sulphur conditions were optimized by study on the floatability of sulphur at different processing conditions. The concentrate grade was from 30% up to 49% and high sulphur concentrate was obtained. The iron content of acid making material of steel production. So the comprehensive utilization slag is over 63% and it could be used as raw rate of resources could be improved.
