摘要 针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿可浮性较差、粗选回收率较低、含易浮脉石较多等问题,通过浮选工艺方案对比试验,采用预先硫化方案及选择适当抑制剂等方法,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选工艺流程,最终获得的选矿闭路试验指标为:精矿含铜21.27%,钴9.93%,硫28.71%;铜回收率92.78%,钴回收率92.65%,硫回收率94.86%。 In this paper, the mineral processing technological research on a copper-cobalt ore, which is badly floatable, with low recovery of roughing and many floatable gangues and so on, are carried out. Comparative tests of flotation technology were also carried out. Adopting pre-sulphidization and proper depressant, by once-roughing, twice-scavenging and triple--cleaning, good closed---circuit beneficiation indexes were finally achieved and the final concentrates grading 21.27% Cu, 9.93% Co and 28.71% S were obtained, at recoveries of 92.78% Cu, 92.65% Co and 94.86% S.
