摘要
主要研究了电催化氧化和臭氧氧化联合使用处理高浓度有机废水,探索了臭氧—电催化氧化联合氧化法的最佳条件,获得了良好的指标:控制电解及氧化时间为2 h,调节pH至中性,控制电极板间距为1 cm,控制电流密度为1×10-2A/m2,控制电压为29 V,控制臭氧流量为1 L/min,可以达到高浓度有机废水中有机物去除率90%的效果。
This paper mainly studies on the process of treating high concentration organic wastewater with electrocatalytic oxidization combined with ozone oxidation, and the best experimental conditions are explored, finally good indexes are obtained. Controlling electrolysis and oxidation time for 2 h, adjusting pH to neutral, making the electrode pad gap as 1 cm, controlling the current density distance for 1×10-2 A/m2, the voltage for 29 V, the ozone flow for 1 L/min, finally the removal rate of organic materials of high concentration organic wastewater reaches 90%.
