摘要
我国铝土矿主要为一水硬铝石型,具有高铝、高硅、低铝硅比的特点,而且铝土矿正浮选工艺要求选别充气量小,具有泡沫量大、泡沫不易破碎以及难输送等特点。本文介绍了正浮选对浮选设备的设计要求,并论述了铝土矿正浮选所用浮选机的结构特点。国内某铝土矿选厂的生产应用表明,该浮选机组完全能够满足铝土矿正浮选的工艺要求,浮选机充气量达到设计要求,空气分散均匀,设备运行可靠,矿浆液面平稳。此外,针对铝土矿浮选的特点而开发的液位自动控制系统能够精确控制浮选机的液位,确保浮选机运行期间选矿指标良好。
Most of bauxite resources belongs to diasporite type in China, high aluminum, high silicon and low Al/Si ratio are the main characteristics of this type of resources. This paper introduced design requirement for direct flotation of bauxite ores and the structure features of specialized flotation cells. The performance and industrial application of the cells in a bauxite plant showed that this specialized flotation cells could completely meet the processing requirements for direct flotation of aluminium minerals, the air consumption reached the design requirement, the dispersion of air was uniform distribution, equipment running condition was reliable and the level of pulp was stable. In addition, the level automatic control system being successfully developed according to the characteristics of bauxite ores could control the flotation level accurately and make sure that good benefication indexes could be obtained during operation time of flotation cells.
