MMP-1、MMP-9在结核性胸腔积液中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1(TIMP-1)在结核性胸腔积液(胸液)中的表达及意义。方法选择胸液患者91例,其中结核性胸液44例(结核组)、恶性胸液30例(恶性组)、漏出性胸液17例(漏出组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组胸液MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1,以及胸液白细胞总数、单叶核细胞计数、蛋白、乳酸脱氧酶(LDH)及腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)。结果结核组胸液MMP-1、MMP-9、MMP-1/TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1高于恶性组和漏出组(P均<0.05);结核组胸液MMP-9水平与TIMP-1、白细胞总数、单叶核细胞计数、LDH及ADA均呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论 MMP-1、MMP-9可能在结核性胸液形成中起重要作用,其对结核性胸膜炎的诊断有一定价值。
