1230例不同束支传导阻滞的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同束支传导阻滞患者性别、年龄分布、临床特点及意义。方法通过回顾性地对2006年1月-2011年11月所有束支传导阻滞的心电图加以分类和对比分析。结果完全性左束支传导阻滞(CLBBB)108例、完全性右束支传导阻滞(CRBBB)459例、左前分支传导阻滞(LAFB)599例,其中CRBBB合并LAFB 88例,﹥60岁明显偏多;不完全性右束支传导阻滞(ICRBBB)常见于年轻人;不定型室内传导阻滞(UIB)、左后分支传导阻滞(LPFB)少见。CLBBB、UIB、LPFB大都有器质性心脏病,以高血压、冠心病多见;CRBBB、LAFB、CRBBB合并LAFB部分见于器质性心脏病,以冠心病、高血压、肺心病常见;ICRBBB器质性心脏病较少,部分合并先心病、心肌炎。结论 CLBBB、UIB、LPFB发病率低,但发病年龄高,多数有器质性心脏病;LAFB与CRBBB多见,多数﹥60岁,器质性心脏病相对少于CLBBB;CRBBB容易合并LAFB;ICRBBB年轻人多见,器质性心脏病少见。所有患者男性均多于女性。
