数字减影三维重建技术在脑血管异常介入诊治中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨数字减影三维重建技术在脑血管异常介入诊治中应用价值。方法采用荷兰飞利浦公司Allura XperFD20数字减影血管造影X线系统对33例怀疑血管病变患者常规2D脑血管造影和3D脑血管造影重建,对比两者提供的影像信息资料。结果与二维血管造影图像相比,三维重建图像具有巨大的优势,为临床诊治提供大量有价值的影像信息。结论数字减影三维重建在脑血管异常介入诊治中具有重要临床价值。
