摘要
概括了国内外高密度水基钻井液的研究现状及国内外高密度水基钻井液体系存在的主要问题,尤其流变性、失水造壁性之间的协调将因大量加重剂的存在而顾此失彼,处于恶性循环的局面,井越深、温度越高、时间越长、密度越高、含盐量越高,后果越严重。所有这些已构成制约深井(超深井)高密度水基钻井液应用和安全钻井的一个世界性技术难点。尽管塔里木油田在现场作业中,通过使用超高密度加重剂和黏土量限、清水量限、处理剂质量等方面的有效控制,调整黏土含量和固相粒子大小、浓度、级配等方法,在一定程度上缓解了失水造壁性和流变性之间的矛盾,收到了一定效果。但在钻井实践中暴露出的问题仍很突出,从本质上未能得到有效解决,没有形成实现优质造壁性和良好流变性及其协调的相关理论体系和控制技术。为此,综合分析了塔里木油田在现场使用中高密度水基钻井液存在的技术难题,提出了具有指导意义的解决办法。
The status quo of high-density water-based drilling fluid was summarized at home and abroad,the main problems existent in the high-density water-based drilling fluid were analyzed.Especially,rheological property and building capacity were inconsistent,it has restricted the application and safety drilling of the high-density water-based drilling fluid in deep(ultra-deep) well.In field operation of high-density water-based drilling fluid in Tarim Oilfield,the contradiction between rheological property and building capacity was alleviated at some extent by controlling the amount of weighting agent,clay,water and treatment agent or adjusting clay content,solid particle size,concentration and size distribution.However,the problems existent in drilling were still outstanding in practice,the correlative theoretical system and control technology which could alleviate the contradiction between rheological property and building performance weren't formed.After comprehensively analyzing the technical problems of high density water-based drilling fluid,Tarim oilfield proposed some instructive solutions.
