摘要
双河油田油藏非均质性强,纵向物性差异较大,随着油田的不断深度开发,大厚层内细分挖潜,层间矛盾越来越突出,常常需要找堵水,机堵高含水层,开采低含水层,以达到稳油控水的目的。文中研究了一种经济的两层找堵水工艺管柱,先在两层间下入空心封隔器,完井生产管柱下带定位接头、插管、筛管等,将插管插入空心封隔器实现插管与套管间的密封,短距离上提或下放生产管柱使下部或上部插管与封隔器密封,实现采上层或采下层生产,将插管全部提出封隔器可全井生产。该技术现场应用12口井,调层19次,调层成功率100%。
The reservoir in Shuanghe oilfield is very heterogeneous and quite different characteristic on vertical.With the widely constant development,it is hard to dig the potential in the large thick layer,which often need to find water shut-off,block high aquifer,and exploit lower aquifer.Therefore,the author developed an economical tube for water shut-off between two layers.The first step was to run hollow packer between the two layers,there were locking sub,intubatton and pipe screen below production pipes.Then run intubatton into hollow packer to seal between casing and intubatton.Worked production pipe up and down in short distance sealed between up or down packer and intubatton,and make the oil production for upper layer or lower layer.When pull out the whole intubatton,the whole well production can be achieved.The technology has been used in twelve wells with 19 different layers,and with 100% success.
