摘要
文章以UG为开发平台,采用参数化设计思想开发了一套三牙轮钻头CAD系统。进行了牙轮钻头CAD系统结构及开发原理研究,并针对实例运用参数设计及特征造型的基本原理,对牙轮钻头牙轮、牙齿及齿槽进行了造型,同时实现了牙轮与牙齿的装配以及三个牙轮的虚拟装配。该系统界面简洁直观、操作方便、具有良好的人机交互及可扩充性和移植性。本研究为进一步实现在UG平台下开发更加完善的三牙轮钻头CAD系统提供了研究基础。
Taking UG as secondary development platform,the tri-cone bits CAD system was developed based on parametric design model,and the structure and development principle of CAD system were analyzed.Based on the basic principle of parameter design and feature modeling,the cone,teeth and gullet of tri-cone bit were molded,meanwhile,the assemble of cone and teeth and the virtual assembly of three cones were accomplished.This system is concise and intuitive interface,easy to operate,has a good scalability and portability.
