摘要
CO2腐蚀是石油、天然气工业最主要的危害之一,并已引起人们广泛关注。研究CO2的腐蚀机理,对CO2腐蚀速率进行预测,有着重要的社会意义和经济价值。国外CO2腐蚀预测模型已达十多种,目前最为常用的是Norsok和De Waard模型。通过分析含CO2天然气井的腐蚀影响因素,揭示了井下油管腐蚀速率与各腐蚀因素之间的内部规律。运用Norsok和De Waard模型对井下油管的CO2腐蚀速率进行预测,得到了高温、高压气井CO2腐蚀程度变化趋势,为含CO2天然气井腐蚀防护提供了理论参考。
CO2 corrosion is one of the major hazards in oil and gas industry and has caused widespread concern.Researching the corrosion mechanism of CO2 and predicting the corrosion rate has important social significance and economic value.Foreign CO2 corrosion prediction models have many,and in which Norsok and De Waard model are used widely in recent years.By analyzing the corrosion factors of natural gas wells with CO2,the internal rules between each corrosion factor and corrosion rate of downhole tubing were discussed.By using Norsok and De Waard model to predict the CO2 corrosion rate of downhole tubing,the CO2 corrosion extent variation trend of high-temperature and high-pressure natural gas wells was obtained.The research provided a theoretical reference of corrosion protection for natural gas wells involving CO2.
