摘要
多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
