泵与风机的系统效应分析

在实际工程中泵与风机大量使用，但是其选型和管路设计中往往忽视了系统效应的影响，从而造成了泵与风机的选型不当和不能正常工作。本文介绍了系统效应的种类和影响，以及在管网阻力计算中由系统效应引起的附加阻力的计算。并由此得出系统效应对泵与风机和管路的影响是非常大的。

Pumps and fans are in widely used in practical engineering, but the systematic effect is usually been neglected in the selection and the design of pipeline, which will lead to selection inapproproate of pumps and fans and cannot work normally. In this paper, kinds of systematic effect and its impact will be introduced. The additional resistance due to systematic effect in the pipe resistance calculation will be calculated. Results show that the impact of systematic effect on pumps, fans and pipelines is great.
