早期河蟹苗培育幼蟹技术研究

Study on the Technique of Culturing Early Stage larval Mitten Crab

１９９６、１９９７年，在北方地区首次利用 ４２０ ｍ２塑料大棚土池，放养大眼幼体 ４９． ５万只，进行培育大规格幼蟹试验。采取清池肥水、布放水草、科学投饵、控制水质等措施，共出池Ｖ期以上幼蟹１６．４万只，平均成活率３３．１３％。专家鉴定认为，本研究达国内先进水平。

During 1996 and 1997, 495 thousand megalopa larvae were cultured in earth pond whose area was 420 square metre under plastic shade,in order to rear large sized juvenile crab. The main technique was as follows: the pond water cleaned and fertilized,the water plant put,the diets reasonably fed with,the water quality strictly controlled. In this case, by the end of the test, 164 thousand V stage above juvenile crab was harvested, the survival rate was 33. 13%. Experts appraised that,the study was in the lead of the country.
