摘要
无离合器与制动装置机床,如台式钻铣床Z7030,在紧急制动或采用盘形铣刀铣削零件时,联动主轴变速运动的皮带塔轮轮毂键槽,极易产生破裂,致使机床不能运行。联动主轴变速运动的皮带塔轮轮毂的结构设计采用镶套式组合结构,可以提高无离合器与制动装置机床塔轮轮毂抗冲击强度,避免在紧急制动或加工零件时轮毂键槽破裂造成的机床停机。
