布拉氏酵母菌防治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察布拉氏酵母菌防治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的效果与安全性。方法将因支气管肺炎需使用抗生素的120例婴幼儿分为两组各60例。预防组给予抗生素和对症治疗,同时服用布拉氏酵母菌,出现腹泻后加用双八面体蒙脱石散;对照组出现腹泻后加用双八面体蒙脱石散。比较两组腹泻患儿所占比例、腹泻次数、腹泻持续时间和疗效。结果预防组腹泻发生率(33.3%)显著低于对照组(53.3%,P<0.05),预防组患儿腹泻持续(3.2±1.0)d,对照组(5.1±1.8)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组出现腹泻后第3,5天便次比较,预防组显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论布拉氏酵母菌可能有利于减少婴幼儿肺炎患儿抗生素相关性腹泻,早期应用可能有利于缩短腹泻持续时间和腹泻次数,利于患儿康复。
