p3s对橡胶苗的生长调节及抗性生理生化作用

摘要 用不同浓度的新型植物生长调节剂p3s处理橡胶苗,研究其对橡胶苗生长发育的影响以及对抗性相关酶的活性调节,并通过接菌试验检验p3s对橡胶苗抗病性的作用。结果显示,p3s显著优化了株高、茎粗、叶片面积、叶蓬距等生长指标,用6.0 mg/L p3s喷药,效果最佳。对药剂处理过的叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性进行测定,与对照相比,4.5 mg/L p3s处理的POD活性显著提高;6.0 mg/Lp3s处理的PPO和PAL活性显著提高;最优浓度6.0 mg/L p3s处理后,叶片POD、PPO和PAL活性能在一定时间内保持较高水平;且6.0 mg/L p3s处理显著提高了橡胶苗对炭疽病的抗病能力。表明p3s能促进橡胶苗的生长发育,并有效提高其抗逆性和抗病性,且药效持续时间长。 The effects of p3s on the growth and activities of resistance-related enzymes were studied. The resuhs indicated that: The treatment of 6.0 mg/L of p3s significantly optimized the height, stem diameter, leaf area, distance between leaf-umbrella; The treatment of 4.5 mg/L of p3s significantly increased the activity of POD; The treatment of 6.0 mg/L of p3s significantly increased the activities of PPO and PAL; Compared with the control, the activities of POD, PPO; PAL maintained higher level over a period of time; In contrast to the control, the treatment of 6.0 mg/L of p3s significantly increased the ability of rubber seedlings resistance to anthracnose. It was concluded that plant growth regulator p3s promoted the growth of rubber seedlings and effectively improved the resistance and disease resistance of rubber tree seedlings and kept its effectiveness over a long time after application.
