摘要 油棕是一种重要的热带木本油料作物。本文概述油棕组织培养的重要性、外植体的选择、培养基的选择、生长激素的应用、液体悬浮培养技术和油棕再生植株的变异等方面,并探讨当前存在的问题和解决方法。 Oil palm is an important tropical woody oil crop. The review introduced the importance of oil palm tissue culture and described different aspects of oil palm tissue culture. The present problems and resolutions were also discussed.
