摘要
在建立胶印机模拟系统来模拟其印刷全过程基础上,采用滚筒印刷检测模式,并且在印刷滚筒平台上建立在线图像采集系统,搭建计算机视觉采集环境,安装计算机视觉处理软件(Halcon),对检测目标进行图像建模、校准、匹配等处理,从而对印刷品缺陷进行定位.
An offset press simulation system is built to simulate the whole printing process. Cylinder print detection mode is applied. And an on-line image acquisition system is constructed on a platform of printing cylinder to build an environment of computer vision acquisition. A computer vision processing software (Halcon) is installed to model, adjust and match the detection target, thereby locating the print defects.
