长期以来,"认同"一直是西方学术界研究欧洲一体化进程时的一个重要视角。这主要是由欧洲一体化进程本身所具有的超国家特性决定的。欧洲认同的发展过程从来就不是一帆风顺的,而2008年的金融危机特别是欧洲主权债务危机爆发是历史上对于欧洲认同冲击最强烈的一次。债务危机不仅反映了欧盟经济体制方面的缺陷,更折射出长期存在的欧洲认同问题。但随着"欧洲2020战略"的主动实施,危机将推动欧洲认同继续向前发展。

＂Identity＂ has long been an important perspective from which European integration process is studied in Western academia,largely because of the ultranationalist characteristics of the process itself.The development of European identity has never been easy.The 2008 financial crisis,especially the European sovereign debt crisis,for example,exerts the most tremendous impacts on European identity up to the present.Debt crisis not only exposes the flaws of European economic system,but also reflects the long-standing problem of European identity.However,with the active implementation of the European Strategy 2020,the crisis will have a continuous influence on the development of European identity.
