当前残障非政府组织参与社会保障的困境与对策

Study on the Predicament of the Present Non-Government Organizations' Involvement in Social Security

21世纪以来,我国残障非政府组织(NGO)取得了较快发展,但目前仍难以有效满足庞大残障人士的需求。目前残障NGO参与社会保障还存在较多困难,应通过强化NGO建设,优化外部环境,拓展制度空间等措施推进参与合作。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,rapid advances in China＇s non-government organization（NGO） for the disabled have been made,although the demands of the vast number of disabled cannot be fully satisfied.These days,NGOs for the disabled have difficulties in getting involved in social security.Therefore,it is advisable to strengthen the efforts of establishing NGO,optimize exterior environments,and expand NGO＇s rights in social security with a view to encouraging NGO＇s participation in this regard.
