摘要
采用分层抽样法,调查和实验研究了在校大学生以练习跆拳道的方式,培养自控力,改善抑郁心理的作用.经过一学期(15周)的跆拳道实验干预,结果发现,经过跆拳道训练干预后,实验组大学生的自控力增强,抑郁心理得到改善,对照组无显著性差异.用高低分分组方式检验研究结论,发现实验前后实验组强自控力和强抑郁的变化值非常显著,表现为实验组强自控力和强抑郁皆有所减弱并达到显著性差异水平;实验前后实验组弱自控力和弱抑郁的变化值非常显著,表现为实验组弱自控力和弱抑郁皆有所增强并达到显著性差异水平.
Using the method of stratification plus random sampling, the following aspects of taekwondo are surveyed and studied of college students: practice ways, self-control training and depression improving. Through a semester (15 weeks) experimental intervention study, the conclusions are taken out as followings: self-control and depression of experimental group are improved, and it has no significant difference of the control group. Using high/low scores sectionalization method, there are significant differences before and after the experiment on self-control and depression, that is shown as followings: high self-control and high depression are both reduced and reached significant differences; low self-control and low depression are both enhanced and reached significant differences.
