摘要
市场经济条件下,如何搞好科技型企业的计划管理是一项长期的、复杂的工作。通过阐述市场竞争给企业带来的压力,提出了计划管理的相应对策,给出了一些建议,为提高计划编制水平提供了一定的借鉴。
Under the condition of market economy, improving the planning management in scientific and technological enterprises is a long-term and complicated work. Through elaborating the pressure resulted from market competition to the enterprises, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on planning management, which have provided certain reference for improving the planning level.
