有机胺吸收燃煤烟气CO_2中抗氧化剂的作用机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 以乙醇胺(MEA)为吸收剂,吸收燃煤电厂烟气中的CO2,在吸收剂中添加抗氧剂1010(四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯)以减缓MEA的氧化降解。研究了抗氧剂1010的添加量对MEA吸收CO2的吸收速率和吸收量的影响,应用红外分析仪对MEA的氧化产物进行了分析,探讨抗氧剂对MEA的抗氧化机理,结果表明抗氧剂1010能够有效降低MEA的氧化降解,当抗氧剂用量为吸收剂用量的0.15%时,吸收剂会保持较大的吸收容量和较快的吸收速率。 In this study, using MEA as absorbent to absorb CO2 of flue gas. Antioxidant 1010 (4 β--(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid] pentaerythritol) was added to decrease the oxidative degradation of MEA. This study included researching how the addition of an- tioxidant 1010 affect the absorption rate and capacity of CO2, analyzed MEA oxidation products by using infrared analyzer, and discussed MEA antioxidant mechanism. The result showed that antioxidant 1010 effectively reduces the oxidative degradation of MEA. When the antioxidant amount is 0.15% of the amount of absorbent, the absorbent will maintain a large absorption capacity and faster absorption rate.
