摘要
近年来,服务创新的网络化观点得到了普遍认可,嵌入式网络关系和网络能力对服务创新能力的提升作用也逐渐引起人们的重视。在总结前人研究成果的基础上,本文构建了嵌入式网络关系和网络能力对服务创新能力影响的关系模型,以寻求提升企业服务创新能力的路径。
The networking of service innovation has been generally recognized recently.The promoting effect of embedded network relationship and network competence on service innovation competence has been paid more attention.Based on the former research,this paper constructs a relationship model of embedded network relationship and network competence＇s affecting service innovation competence,in order to search for the path to promoting service innovation competence.
