超声评价调神通络针法对颈动脉结构的短期影响

Estimating theShort-term Effect by Ultrasound on Regulating Carotid Structure with "Tiaoshen Tongluo" Acupuncture Therapy

目的:应用颈动脉超声指标评价"调神通络"针法对颈动脉结构的干预效果。方法:根据纳入标准选择缺血性脑梗死(前循环梗死)急性期合并颈动脉低回声斑块患者,分为"调神通络"针法组和常规针法组,分别治疗28天,对治疗前后硬化及相关指标进行统计分析。结果:(1)调神组能明显改善脑梗死患者的症状和体征,促进神经功能缺损及病残程度恢复(P<0.05)。(2)"调神通络"针法对颈动脉硬化超声指标短期没有改善(P>0.05)。

Objective： Evaluating ＂Tiaoshen Tongluo＂ acupuncture therapy to regulate carotid atherosclerosis by the change of carotid artery structure. Methods ： Acute ischemic stroke （ anterior circulation infarction） hypoechoic carotid plaques were di-vided into ＂Tiaoshen Tongluo＂ acupuncture group and the control group, were both treated for 28days, taking sclerosis and relat- ed indicators before and after treatment as the subjective of statistical analysis. Results ： （ 1 ） ＂Tiaoshen Tongluo＂ acupuncture group could significantly improve the signs and symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction, could promotes the restoration of neurological deficits and sick level （ P〈0.05 ）. （2） ＂Tiaoshen Tongluo＂ acupuncture does not improve indicators of carotid ath- erosclerosis in short-term. （P〉0. 05）.
