爱普列特联合抗生素预防前列腺电切术中出血的临床观察

摘要 目的观察爱普列特联合抗生素对前列腺电切术中出血的预防效果。方法选择新疆医科大学第五附属医院泌尿科2008年3月-2010年3月施行前列腺电切术患者80例,随机分两组:术前未用药组和术前应用爱普列特联合抗生素组(术前用药组),对术中出血、手术时间、膀胱持续冲洗时间及住院时间进行临床观察。结果两组患者手术均顺利,术后均无并发症且病理检查证实为良性前列腺增生。与术前未用药组比较,术前用药组患者术中出血量、手术时间、膀胱持续冲洗时间、住院时间均少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论爱普列特联合抗生素可明显减少前列腺电切术中出血。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of epristeride and antibiotic in transure thral resection of prostate. Methods 80 patients were divided into 2 groups: premedication group; non premedication group. Observe the veration of blood lose, operating time and hospitalization time. Res-ults than thral ating The blood lose, operating time and hospitalization time in premedication group were obviously less in non-premedication group. Conclusion The combination of epristeride and antibiotic in transure-resection of prostate can obviously reduced the blood lose of patients, and obviously shorten the oper-time and hospitalization time.
