小切口撬拨整复术治疗小儿颅骨凹陷性骨折

Small incision prying deformities in treating pediatric skull fracture

目的探讨小切口撬拨整复术治疗小儿颅骨凹陷性骨折的应用价值。方法回顾性分析乌鲁木齐儿童医院2005年5月-2011年8月收治的69例闭合性小儿颅骨凹陷性骨折,使用小切口撬拨整复术治疗,全部病例经头颅CT平扫+颅骨三维重建确诊并复查。结果术后6～12个月头颅CT平扫+颅骨三维重建随访,69例颅骨骨折均愈合,痊愈率为100%。结论小儿颅骨凹陷性骨折使用小切口撬拨整复术治疗具有手术时间短、创伤出血少、恢复快、安全、并发症少的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the value of the small incision prying deformities in treating pediatric skull fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of 69 cases of children of Urumqi children＇s hospital in May 2005 to August 2011, who were closed in skull fracture, used small incision prying deformities treatment, all cases of flat head CT and skull with three directions reconstruction were diagnosed and reviewed. Re- sults Postoperative six to tweleve months and skull head CT flat with three directions reconstruction were follwoed-up, 69 cases of skull fractures were healing, recovery rate was 100%. Conclusion Small incision prying deformities treatment in young child skull fracture has shorter operation time and trauma less bleed- ing, rapid recovery, and the advantages of security and less complications, it is worth clinical application.
