Comprehensive evaluation of medical quality for a third grade A hospital in Xinjiang from 2001 to 2010

目的综合评价与分析新疆地区某三级甲等医院2001-2010年医疗质量各项指标,以期发现医疗质量整体变化趋势,为医院管理提供决策依据。方法采用文献资料分析优选法,筛选综合评价指标体系。应用秩和比法对医疗质量进行综合评价与分析。结果从总体上来看该医院的医疗质量在稳定发展的基础上呈上升趋势。根据RSR值的排序与分档,2006年医疗水平偏低,2001、2002、2003、2004、2005、2007、2008年医疗质量处于中等水平,2009和2010年医疗质量最好。结论 RSR值变化趋势及运用秩和比法获得的评价结果与医院实际工作运行状况相吻合,秩和比法评价医疗质量可以客观反映质量总体变化趋势和优劣。

Objective To find the overall trend of medical quality and to explore the factors that affect medi cal quality through comprehensively evaluating the medical quality indicators of a 3A-level general hospital in Xinjiang from 2001 to 2010. This evaluation results will provide a reference for hospital decision-mak-ing. Method We selected indicators to establish integral evaluation system of medical quality with the op- timization of literature analysis. Analyze the medical quality by applying RSR method. Result Overall medical quality of the hospital showed an upward trend year by year. After classify 10 years, RSR showed that medical quality of 2006 was low, the medical quality ing of medical quality for 2001, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008 reached to medium level, 2009 and 2010 is the best in recently 10 years. Con- clusion RSR value trends and the evaluation results by using RSR method coincided with the actual run- ning of hospital. RSR method to evaluate medical quality can be objectively response to the quality of the overall trends, strengths and weaknesses.
