摘要 流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)是一种由脑膜炎双球菌感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病,该病起病急、病情重。近年来我国流脑的发病率明显上升,目前国际上应用的脑膜炎球菌疫苗主要有四价脑膜炎球菌结合疫苗MenACWY-CRM(Menveo)、MenACWY-D(Menactra)和脑膜炎多聚糖疫苗(Menomune)。现就脑膜炎球菌结合疫苗应用的最新指南作一综述。
