摘要
以学校为主导的家长教育指导模式是以家庭教育知识呈现为主的单向指导模式,缺乏指导的深度和实效,而基于问题学习的家长教育指导模式可以有效弥补现行指导模式在内容、方法等方面的不足。在基于问题学习的家长教育指导模式中,指导者创设一定的认知冲突情境,并对问题情境进行导引,指导者与家长、家长与家长互动探究,可以有效满足家长的个性化需求,并促进先进理念的内化,有利于指导工作的调整和改进,使家长形成可持续发展的学习能力。这种模式的有效实施必须以调查研究为基础,将鼓励启发、双向互动和指导与自我教育相结合,其具体实施步骤包括指导的先行组织、冲突情境的创设、指导者的引导、家长的总结反思等几个方面。
Parents educational instruction led by school education is a uni-directional instruction mode mainly based on family education, which is lacking in deepness and efficiency of instruction. The parents educational instruction mode based on PBL could effectively make up for the shortage on content and meth- od of present instruction mode. In this mode, the instructor creates certain cognitive conflict situation and instruct according to the problem situation. The interactive research between instructor and parents, and among parents can effectively satisfy the parents individual demands and promote the internalization of ad- vanced concept, and it is beneficial to the adjustment and improvement of their instructional work and the form of parents sustainable developing study ability. Its implementation should be based on investigation and study. Enlightenment and bilateral interaction should be bound to self education. Its implementation process includes an antecedent organization, guidance of conflict circumstance creation, instruction of in- structors and the summary and reflection of parents.
