水稻子粒形态性状遗传研究

STUDY ON HEREDITY OF MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS OF RICE GRAIN

选用子粒大小和形状悬殊较大的水稻品种PJ1和JH1进行配组 ,以研究子粒外观性状的遗传。结果表明 ,粒长、粒宽、长宽比、粒厚和粒重均属于多基因控制的数量性状。除粒厚外 ,更多受控于非加性效应。除长宽比外 。

PJ 1 and JH 1,two paddy rice cultivars with strikingly different grain size and shape, were crossed to study the inheritance of grain form-related characters. The results showed that grain length, grain width, grain length/width, grain thickness and grain weight were polygene-controlled quantitative characters. With the exception of grain thickness, the above-mentioned characters were mainly controlled by non-additive effect. With the exception of grain length/width, the other characters showed highly significant positive correlation with each other.
