摘要
从根际微生物的角度研究了硅酸盐细菌对植物生长的促进作用。代谢产物对植物生长促进作用最好的是 1 38#菌 ,处理 5 0天 ,水稻株高比对照增加 2 7.7% ,生物量比对照增加 40 .2 % ,硅酸盐细菌的代谢产物对植物生长的刺激作用与浓度有关 ,低浓度的代谢产物对植物生长有明显的促进作用 ,高浓度的代谢产物则有一定的抑制作用 。
Of the silicate-bacterial strains used in this study, Strain 138 did best in promoting the growth of plants. Paddy rice seedlings pretreated with the metabolite of 138 for 50 days grew 27.7% taller and yielded 40.2% more biomass than the control. The stimulating effects of its metabolite were shown to be concentration dependent. Lower concentrations of the metabolite showed a promoting effect while higher concentrations inhibited plant growth. Its growth-regulating effect was especially conspicuous on root growth.
