摘要
:根据化学动力学原理 ,采用经典恒温方法 ,设置 6 5℃ ,75℃ ,85℃ ,95℃共 4个温度和 5个间隔时间 ,测定出百痢停注射液中恩诺沙星的分解反应为一级反应 ,K2 5℃ 为 4.8770× 1 0 -6H-1,t 2 5℃0 .9为 2 .46年 ,其pH值、澄明度和色泽指标在试验期内无显著变化 。
Four reaction temperatures (65,75,85 and 95℃) and five durations of reaction time were adopted in a test with the classical constant temperature method for the stability of Bai Li Ting, an injection developed by this institute with enrofloxacin as its main constituent. The decomposition reaction of enrofloxacin in it was shown to be of one-order kinetics, K 25℃ being 4.8770 x 10 -6 h -1 and t 25℃ 0.9 being 2.64 years. The pH, color and clarity of the injection underwent no marked change during the test time, thus supplying sound basis for evaluating the stability of the injection.
